What You'll Do
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth daily functions while providing exceptional service to our members and their families.
Member-First Service

Be the welcoming first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and office visits

Guide members through benefit questions and eligibility inquiries with patience and expertise

Provide clear, accurate information about fund policies and procedures
-
Ensure timely resolution of member concerns by coordinating across departments
Administrative Excellence

Maintain accurate member records including benefits, contributions, and eligibility data
-
Process forms and applications with precision and attention to detail

Prepare correspondence, reports, and essential documents

Support website updates and digital communications
Event & Meeting Support

Assist with Board meetings, fund events, and training sessions

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate meeting logistics

Help create a professional, organized environment for important gatherings
Office Operations

Keep the office running smoothly with supply management and vendor coordination

Maintain organized, efficient filing systems and workspace

Support special projects and compliance documentation
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)

Previous administrative or customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
