What You'll Do
As our Office Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for thousands of members seeking support and information. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will keep our office running smoothly while ensuring members receive exceptional service.
Your Daily Impact

Member Services: Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits

Financial Processing: Handle incoming union dues with accuracy and attention to detail

Digital Management: Update and maintain the union website in coordination with leadership

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, organized member records and databases

Communication Support: Prepare correspondence, reports, and important member communications
Special Projects & Events

Meeting Coordination: Support Board meetings and union events from planning to execution

Administrative Excellence: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute materials

Office Operations: Manage office supplies, coordinate vendor relationships, and maintain an organized workspace

Compliance Support: Assist with document preparation for audits and regulatory requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
