Technical Delivery Lead

This role will be responsible for the establishment, planning, and administration of the company’s overall policies and goals of the information technology department. The Lead will be the leader in spearheading the implementation of various automations and customer-facing e-commerce platforms. This includes playing a critical role on a diverse array of engaging projects including those that will impact the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all elements of IT and business systems to ensure stability and efficiency and to anticipate and address business challenges.
• Lead/direct the company’s internal team, as well as third-party technology partners, to achieve results and maximize capabilities.
• Coach, lead and counsel IT team to achieve objectives, support employee development, and manage employee work quality, volume, assignments, communications, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery, including working with the leadership and sales teams and customers.
• Oversees and develops project timelines, budgets, and resources including successful execution and completion within agreed upon deadlines and terms.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Develop and document written project plans, technical solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (required).
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing API
• Technical expertise in SQL, Dynamics CRM, Power BI (Power Suite) and .NET.
• Understanding of front end technologies like Bootstrap, JavaScript
• E-commerce industry experience preferred
